At CMP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process makes returning or exchanging items simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into the shipping box and include your printed return slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
